Your Mission:

As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security solutions tailored for industrial environments. You’ll collaborate across teams to identify vulnerabilities, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with the latest cybersecurity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies for IT and OT systems
• Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents and threats
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to secure network and system architectures
• Maintain and enforce security policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, IEC 62443)
• Participate in audits and risk assessments related to cybersecurity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, preferably in industrial or critical infrastructure environments
• Solid knowledge of security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection)
• Experience with OT security (SCADA, PLCs, DCS) is highly desirable
• Familiarity with Swiss and European cybersecurity regulations is a plus
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German or French is an advantage
