Together with your team, you will be responsible for the continuous development, improvement, and maintenance of our product SitaWare Headquarters - a powerful and scalable C4I system (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence). It offers an accessible, easy-to-use, yet comprehensive toolset that can significantly increase operational flexibility and reduce deployment time while providing extensive interoperability capabilities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with your team members to implement new features, changes requests and fix defects;
• Be feature lead which involves working together with the architects and other team members to transform a concept into a detailed technical solution, complete with scope, requirements, technical diagrams, task split and estimations;
• Inspect and review the code of your colleagues;
• Collaborate in sharing knowledge within the team and generating ideas for new improvement initiatives within the team.
  
  
  

You will be part of our HQ team, which is under our successful Defence business unit. The newly formed team, consisting of 10 members (including one QA, one PM, one Architect, and seven Developers) is based entirely in Romania but collaborates closely with colleagues in Denmark.

What we are looking for:

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a relevant technical university;
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position working with Angular and Java Technologies (Angular, React, VueJS etc), having a FullStack approach;
• We are looking for someone who shares our passion for programming, who is not afraid of complex problems and who is willing to learn and in return help others to grow and improve;
• You are fluent in English and thrive in an international working environment;
• It would be a plus:
  Scala, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices experience.
