About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Python Developer to design, develop, and optimize AI-driven autonomous agents. This role involves working with LLMs, multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration frameworks to build intelligent, self-improving systems. You’ll be responsible for developing dynamic, context-aware AI agents that can reason, plan, and execute complex tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Agent Development: Design and implement autonomous AI agents that can perform reasoning, planning, and execution.
• LLM Integration: Build applications leveraging GPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini, Mistral, or open-source models for task automation and decision-making.
• Python Development: Write high-performance, modular Python code to implement AI workflows and agentic architectures.
• Multi-Agent Coordination: Develop and optimize multi-agent systems that collaborate, learn, and adapt dynamically.
• Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Develop and refine prompts to elicit optimal responses from AI models for various applications.
• Data Processing & Model Fine-Tuning: Implement data pipelines, prompt tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning techniques to enhance agent intelligence.
• Tool & API Integration: Enable agents to interact with external APIs, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), and knowledge sources efficiently.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor AI agent behavior, improve reasoning efficiency, and reduce hallucination or failure cases.
• Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of agentic AI, reinforcement learning, and LLM-based automation to drive cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• At least 3 years experience as a Python Software Engineer.
• Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLM-based development (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Containerization & Deployment: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based AI deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• NLP & AI Expertise: Understanding of transformer models, knowledge graphs, vector databases, and memory-based AI systems.
• Agentic AI Knowledge: Experience with LangChain Agents, AutoGPT, BabyAGI, or similar agentic AI frameworks.
• API & Tooling: Familiarity with API orchestration, web scraping (Selenium, Playwright), and external tool integration for autonomous agents.
• System Thinking: Ability to design modular, scalable AI workflows and handle multi-step reasoning tasks.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot AI agent decision-making and improve performance.
