Strategic Projects & OKRs Lead

The Strategic Projects & OKRs plays a critical role in aligning our ambitions with execution. Our mission is to enable clear strategic direction, operational focus, and measurable impact by coordinating key cross-functional initiatives, guiding the OKRs process, and ensuring business-critical priorities move forward effectively.

As a Strategic Projects & OKRs Lead, you will work directly with the GM and the leadership team, acting as a force multiplier for strategic clarity, performance alignment, and cross-company execution.

What you’ll have to do:

• Follow-up and evolve the OKRs framework across the organization — from planning and alignment to tracking, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
• Shape and coordinate strategic projects alongside our leaders, ensuring progress on business priorities across domains like growth, operations, technology, and customer experience.
• Build focus and accountability across teams by driving alignment between company objectives, team execution, and measurable outcomes.
• Create clarity in communication by preparing decision-support materials, strategic memos, and execution dashboards for top leadership.
• Partner with business and tech stakeholders to reduce friction and ambiguity in strategic execution — acting as a connector, blocker remover, and trusted advisor.
• Institutionalize high-performance practices around prioritization, performance tracking, and feedback loops without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Support cultural adoption of OKRs by leading education sessions, coaching leaders on goal setting, and embedding a strategy-execution mindset throughout the organization.
• Align with broader strategic governance practices — supporting the definition, prioritization, and OKR creation for high-impact company initiatives, similar to portfolio management best practices seen in roles like Prosus Strategy & Ops.
  
  

What makes you a good fit:

• Proven experience in strategic roles (e.g., management consulting, strategy & ops), with exposure to cross-functional projects and C-level interaction.
• Solid understanding of strategic planning frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, performance cycles) and business operating models.
• Strong influencing skills — you lead through clarity, synthesis, and structured thinking, not through hierarchy.
• Hands-on approach — you don’t just suggest the strategy, you help make it happen by chasing outcomes and driving people to act.
• Adaptable, energetic, and intellectually curious.
• You’re interested in technology and AI, and enjoy staying close to how innovation shapes strategy.
• Comfortable working with data — you have an analytical mindset and use numbers easily to support decisions, track progress, and communicate clearly.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, visual) with the ability to simplify complexity and persuade at all levels of the organization.
