Digital Designer

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Digital Designer to join Craft Worldwide Romania. You’ll play a key role in creating, adapting, and refining digital designs that engage target audiences across multiple platforms, in line with strategic communication goals.

Working closely with Project Managers, QA analysts, Account Managers, and creative teams, you'll contribute to brainstorming and the development of digital campaigns. Responsibilities include adapting designs for various markets, producing compelling visuals, and potentially designing optimized assets for e-commerce; all aimed at delivering impactful, seamless digital experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Layout development for diverse digital assets for campaigns, including key visuals, campaign mockups, static and animated banners, newsletter designs, and other promotional materials.
• Adapt existing designs for deployment across multiple markets, ensuring adherence to cultural nuances and maintaining brand consistency.
• Create and maintain design assets that support campaign guidelines, brand identity guidelines, and design systems.
• Design landing pages, presentation websites, digital activation LPs in line with the desired UI and adapt visual elements/assets for multiple applications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs and adherence to UI/UX principles throughout various projects.
• Analyze and understand client requirements and brand objectives to develop innovative and effective digital assets.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) to track progress, manage tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

What you need to have:

• A portfolio demonstrating proficiency in digital design principles and techniques, including examples of adaptation work would be a plus.
• Proven experience in creating various marketing digital assets for advertising campaigns, with a thorough understanding of digital ad formats and specifications.
• Demonstrated experience in designing responsive web designs that adapt seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, with proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience in creating the layout for further to be animated banners (HTML) using industry-standard requirements (example: creating banner storyboards).
• A strong desire to continuously develop and refine design skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A solid understanding of digital design assets and their application in various online channels.
• A creative and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Experience working with project management tools for task management and project tracking.

What is considered a plus:

• Experience creating optimized digital assets for e-commerce platforms.
• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar design or creative role.
• Familiarity with Adobe XD or Figma for prototyping and UI design.
