Senior Network Engineer

We are loooking for a motivated and engaged senior network engineer, that would like to colaborate in a team of proven professionals.

Responsibilities

• Run our shared service center network infrastructure based on an automated ACI stack and further develop it
• Support and consult customers on engineering tasks and project on small but also on larger scale
• Assist our support staff on escallated level 3 tickets in deep dive support
• Evaluate and design networking solutions for sepcial customer engineering request
• Further develop networking solutions for our WIIT native cloud
• Operate and Engineer our corporate backbone infrastructure

Qualifications

• Senior Network Engineer with HF or FH degree
• CCNP (Cisco Network Professional Routing Switching, ACI etc.) certification or higher
• Experience with routing protocols such as BGP and EIGRP (etc.)
• Experience with firewalls such as FortiGate or PaloAlto
• Experience in the operation and further development of Cisco ACI fabrics is an advantage

Expiriences:

• At least 10 years of professional experience in the IT environment
• Dealing with customers
• Independent supervision of smaller projects (HW replacement or conversion)
• Creation and maintenance of documentation
• Automation using Device API (GitLab and Netbox an advantage)

Salary Range:

Depending on your expirence and proven independence, as well as on your capabilities, the range veries from CHF 120k to 150k per year.
