Marketing Data Analyst (32 hpw)

to join our Analytics Operations team.

In this role, you will work alongside data analysts, data scientists and data engineers to design, build, and maintain selection workflows using Knime and SQL. Your work will ensure that the right customers receive the right messages—whether it's about product updates, legal requirements, or service improvements.

As a Marketing Data Analyst you will:

• Develop and maintain customer selection queries and workflows using SQL and Knime
• Translate briefing inputs into structured logic and data queries
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate segmentation models into selections
• Work with data engineers to improve data quality and access in the data warehouse
• Document selection logic and provide clear explanations to stakeholders
• Participate in weekly planning meetings with the team to align the upcoming work

We are looking for a recent graduate who brings a growth mindset and energised attitude to apply their skills in a practical, business-oriented setting.

Profile

What do you bring?

• An HBO/WO bachelor’s degree in a data-related field (e.g. data analysis/data science, marketing analytics, applied mathematics, computer programming)
• Some experience with Knime and/or SQL (through studies, internships, or personal projects)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to communicate with non-technical colleagues
• Strong time management and ability to work in a structured way
• Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Good command of written and verbal English (working proficiency in Spanish, Dutch and German are desirable, but optional)
• Demonstrable affinity with Triodos Bank's mission and values
