Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities (Growth & Product-Oriented CDO)
- Digital Growth Leadership: Drive digital growth across mobile and web platforms by identifying and scaling high-impact opportunities that increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Mobile App Strategy & Optimization: Own and evolve the mobile app experience, working closely with product, design, CX and tech teams to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions that meet business goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics and user insights to shape product decisions, track performance, and continuously optimize for growth KPIs and conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, CX, and engineering teams to execute end-to-end digital initiatives — from ideation to go-to-market and iteration.
- Digital Product Roadmap Ownership: Define and execute the roadmap for digital products with a strong focus on mobile-first experiences, personalization, and customer journey optimization.
- Innovation & Experimentation: Champion a test-and-learn culture; lead A/B testing, growth experiments, and the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, personalization engines, push automation).
- Performance Marketing Integration: Align growth initiatives with digital marketing strategies including ASO, paid acquisition, CRM, and retention campaigns.
- Leadership & Culture: Inspire and mentor cross-functional digital teams to foster a culture of agility, data curiosity, continuous improvement, and user-first thinking.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
- 10+ years of experience in digital leadership roles. Focus on mobile product development and strategy is a plus.
- Proven track record of leading the development and scaling of mobile applications (iOS and Android) with significant user adoption, growth and business impact.
- Deep understanding of mobile app development lifecycles, frameworks, and technologies.
- Experience working with product, IT, CX and marketing teams to define and deliver mobile-first digital experiences.
- Familiarity with app store optimization (ASO), mobile analytics and user acquisition strategies.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, data analytics, and automation.
- Ability to define and execute a mobile-first digital transformation roadmap aligned with overall business goals.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience in agile environments and digital product culture is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
