Normod is a digitally native furniture brand redefining the home experience through design and technology. Founded in 2019, we craft modular, customizable furniture with a strong focus on user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Co-own and continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey across Normod’s eCommerce platform, in close collaboration with fellow product managers.
• Collaborate closely with design and development teams to prototype and deliver intuitive, high-converting online shopping experiences.
• Manage and directly update website pages and layouts using Shopify’s backend, including occasional use of Liquid, HTML, and CSS for advanced customizations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and user behavior to guide product decisions and prioritization.
• Leverage both qualitative insights and quantitative data to validate ideas, uncover unmet needs, and inform product development.
• Ensure the site maintains high performance, uptime, and responsiveness, while consistently reflecting Normod’s brand standards.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in product management, ideally in eCommerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.
• Proven track record of using data to inform product decisions.
• Skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders, including other PMs, engineers, designers, and marketers, in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores is a strong plus.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and Liquid) is a big plus.
• Fluent in English.
