The Role

This position serves as a critical bridge between clients, technical teams, and the business. We are looking for someone who not only analyzes, but also interacts, understands, solves, communicates, and delivers results.

Responsibilities

Engage directly with clients to conduct needs analysis and interpret business requirements
Prepare user stories, workflows, process diagrams, business rules, and requirement documents
Ensure clear, actionable, and complete information transfer to technical teams
Actively contribute to Agile processes, especially Scrum sprint planning
Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and acceptance criteria
Work closely with UI/UX and software development teams to deliver the right outcomes
Use Jira and Microsoft tools to monitor and report project progress
Ensure transparent communication and effective documentation throughout the process

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development environments
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience using Jira
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s/PhD is a plus)
Excellent analytical thinking and strong technical grasp
Strong communication and empathy skills to liaise effectively with both business units and technical teams
Advanced proficiency in English (C1+), both written and spoken
Proficiency in a second language is a strong plus
High sense of responsibility, strong collaboration skills, and ability to take initiative
