Role Summary:

We are seeking a Mid-to-Senior-Level Frontend Engineer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining user interfaces for our innovative talent management platform. You will work closely with UI/UX designers to transform Figma designs into functional, responsive web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, AG-Grid, and Tailwind CSS. Your focus will be on creating optimized, SEO-friendly web applications that deliver an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development:

• Build and maintain the front-end components of Professional.me’s platform using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Convert Figma designs into interactive and responsive web pages, ensuring design fidelity.
• Utilize AG-Grid for dynamic data tables and Tailwind CSS for streamlined styling.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and high Google Lighthouse performance scores.
• Implement and maintain SEO best practices within Next.js projects.

Collaboration & Code Quality:

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and ensure code quality across projects.
• Document front-end architecture, components, and best practices for team reference.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Identify opportunities for performance optimization and user experience enhancements.
• Contribute to the improvement of the front-end development process, promoting efficient workflows.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement).
• 2-3 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience translating Figma designs into responsive, high-performance web applications.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high Google Lighthouse scores for web applications.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and their implementation in Next.js.
• Familiarity with AG-Grid for dynamic data tables and Tailwind CSS for efficient styling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team environment with English fluency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience (may substitute for the formal degree requirement).
• Experience with modern frontend tools and frameworks, including Vercel, Redux, or SWR.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in building accessible, WCAG-compliant user interfaces.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
