We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Frontend Developer to join our team and help shape intuitive, powerful user experiences on our Opus platform.

Position Overview: As a Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of transforming complex workflow management tools into elegant, usable, and visually compelling interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to conceptualize and design product features that are both functional and human-centric.

The ideal candidate has strong interaction and visual design skills, a deep understanding of UX principles, and a passion for solving real-world problems through design.

Key Responsibilities:

User Experience & Interface Design

• Lead the design of user-centric features across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate user needs and product requirements into intuitive, high-fidelity designs.
• Design end-to-end workflows—from wireframes to detailed UI specifications.
• Apply design systems, style guides, and accessibility standards (WCAG).

Research & Prototyping

• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
• Synthesize research insights into actionable recommendations and design decisions.
• Work with engineers and product managers to validate design hypotheses.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to agile delivery.
• Document designs and interactions clearly for smooth handoff and implementation.
• Support QA with identifying potential usability or interaction issues.

Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Advocate for the user and champion a design thinking mindset.
• Stay current with UX trends, design tools, and best practices.
• Actively contribute to the evolution of our design system and tooling.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and feedback.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-computer interaction (HCI), Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in product or UX design, ideally in a startup or product-led tech company.

Skills:

• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe CC, FigJam, etc.).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem solving.
• Experience designing enterprise or complex systems (SaaS or B2B platforms preferred).
• Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.
• Familiarity with front-end development and design implementation processes.
• Experience conducting UX research and translating findings into design solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
