We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead the people strategy and operations for our client in Dubai.


This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering a high-performance culture, supporting business growth, and ensuring our team is engaged, motivated, and set up for success. You will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive operational excellence and foster a positive, inclusive workplace.


Key Responsibilities


People Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3-4 HR professionals across KSA and UAE.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing HR team that supports the agency’s rapid growth and evolving needs.


Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee all HR operations, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in KSA and the UAE (DMCC knowledge is advantageous).
  • Streamline HR processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.


Culture & Engagement

  • Champion our agency’s values, culture, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Design and implement engagement programs that drive employee satisfaction, retention, and a sense of belonging.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, fostering open communication and a positive work environment.


Talent Management & Growth

  • Partner with leadership to identify current and future talent needs, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and development.
  • Develop and deliver learning and development initiatives to build skills and career pathways for our team.
  • Support performance management processes, ensuring alignment with agency goals and individual growth.


Strategic HR Leadership

  • Contribute to the agency’s growth strategy by providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead change management initiatives as we scale and evolve our operations.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 7+ years in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced agency or professional services environment.
  • Regional Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and cultural nuances in KSA and the UAE.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Growth Orientation: Passionate about building and scaling teams in a dynamic, creative environment.


Salary: 25,000 +/-
