As a Project Manager-Design (70% Design and 30% Project Management) reporting into the Head of Design Approval Team.

Role Description:We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Design Architect with exceptional rendering skills and proficiency in 3ds Max modeling and rendering. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and visualizing architectural projects, ensuring that our designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and an eye for detail.Proficient in advanced 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization using 3ds Max, including V-Ray and Corona Renderer for creating photorealistic renderings. Skilled in utilizing AutoCAD for precise architectural drafting and Revit for Building Information Modeling (BIM). Experienced with SketchUp for conceptual designs and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for post-production and presentation materials. Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and project management. Strong understanding of rendering workflows, lighting techniques, material creation, and optimizing 3D models for efficient performance.Responsibilities:- Develop and present architectural concepts and designs through detailed 3D models and renderings. - Utilize 3ds Max and other rendering software to create high-quality visualizations of interior and exterior spaces. - Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and visual storytelling to effectively communicate ideas. - Conduct research on materials, finishes, and construction techniques to ensure designs are both innovative and feasible. - Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards. - Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in 3D modeling and architectural rendering- Proven experience as a Design Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and rendering work. - Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering software. - Strong knowledge of architectural principles, spatial design, and construction techniques. - Proficiency in other design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is a plus. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
