Job description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT networking, with hands-on experience in installing and troubleshooting network devices, firewalls, and security systems.

• Design, Install, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and routers. Configuration experience with Fortinet, SonicWall, Aruba, and Cisco switches and firewalls.
• Perform system and network troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure network security by implementing the best practices and maintaining firewall rules and policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution and system upgrades. Maintain clear and updated documentation of IT systems, configurations, and support procedures
