The opportunity…

Our branch provides creative, client-focused Human Resource services to the department of Health and Social Services. As the HR Administrator, your responsibilities includes office management, reception, financial and administrative support as well as providing delegated staffing services and support to clients and business partners. In addition, the position provides executive and administrative support to the HR Director and branch.

Essential Qualifications

Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the following qualifications. Please note selection for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume:

  • Course work in post-secondary program in business, administration, human resources or other related field;
  • Recent experience performing a range of administrative support functions, including but not limited to: scheduling, file management, processing financial transactions, and supporting internal and external clients;
  • Experience in providing front line reception duties;
  • Recent experience providing human resource support services will be considered an asset.

Candidates who have training and considerable experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
