A high-growth, venture-backed startup in the construction intelligence space is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join its fast-paced, mission-driven team in New York City. What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborating cross-functionally with product and design to create exceptional user experiences
• Building and iterating on robust, scalable features using modern frameworks and tools
• Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code in a fast-paced agile environment
• Leading code reviews, improving development practices, and championing innovation
• Driving architectural decisions and contributing to the long-term technical roadmap

What They’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience in fullstack software development
• Proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks like React/Redux; strong CSS/HTML/HTTP knowledge
• Experience building single-page applications and responsive UI/UX
• Backend experience with Python (Django preferred), PostgreSQL, and AWS
• Familiarity with agile workflows, Git, CI/CD, and TDD practices
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach
• Experience leading technical teams or projects
• Strong preference for candidates with 10+ years of experience, provided their skills are up-to-date
