Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a Data Analyst - Reporting to be part of revolutionizing these industries.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining data sets, reports, and visualizations, instrumental to key decision making throughout the business. You will be the liaison between business units and analytics.

What You Will Do:

  • You will develop and distribute reports, visualizations, and analyses to inform improvement in operational processes and business decisions.
  • You will participate in discovery sessions to capture and confirm reporting requirements with various stakeholders and partners.
  • You will understand the key drivers of business units and their processes to inform data analysis, enabling continued development of operational efficiency and management.
  • You will anticipate and recommend reporting solutions based on knowledge of business processes and opportunities for automation.
  • You will identify and troubleshoot issues related to data, data sources, and processing.
  • You will become a trusted analytical partner to the organization by identifying opportunities to enhance data knowledge, insights, consistency, and accuracy.


What You Need to Succeed:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Operations, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • You have 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • You have extensive experience with Microsoft Power BI, including working knowledge of DAX functions and expressions.
  • You have a working knowledge of SQL. Experience with the Databricks platform is preferred but not required.
  • You have a strong understanding of data models and data manipulation.
  • You have excellent customer service and strong communication skills. You should be able to understand stakeholders’ needs and provide guidance around analytics and reporting solutions. You can interpret technical requirements and translate them to both the Data Engineering team and to stakeholders that may lack technical expertise.
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and you can adapt to changing demands and manage multiple priorities.
  • You are able to take direction and work independently to creatively meet business objectives.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Most roles at Paradigm have three levels, Associate, Mid and Senior. Our pay ranges are inclusive of all three levels (if applicable), our US based Associate level pay begins at $60,000 annually for this role. The salary does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary and benefits. These compensation levels are subject to an annual review.
