Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced data analyst to spearhead our efforts in building a robust content analytics framework. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams to define key metrics, provide insightful regular reporting, and convert complex data into actionable business insights. This position requires someone with a knack for detail, a passion for digging through data for answers, and the ability to translate findings into compelling stories for non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards aligning with company and team objectives.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis, translating findings into insights across the Content team.
• Design compelling presentations and iteratively research what-if scenarios to refine programs.
• Collaborate with data science, business analytics, and data engineering teams to enhance data capture, security, and reporting.
• Translate complex data sets into clear recommendations for senior leadership under tight deadlines.
  
  

Must Have Skills

• Exceptional analytical and data storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and comfortable navigating through complex data environments.
• Strong ability to communicate complex insights effectively with senior leadership.
• Fluency in SQL, Excel, R, and/or other statistical and data visualization software.
  
  

Industry Experience

• Previous experience in the consumer tech or ads/marketplace/commerce domain is considered a plus.
