Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Muscat. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, manage project timelines, supervise team activities, and coordinate with clients and contractors. The role involves preparing and reviewing technical documents and ensuring the seamless execution of fire protection and code consulting projects.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our operations team within a specialized fire engineering environment. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of fire safety projects across various sectors, including commercial, residential, and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor project progress from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate internal resources and schedules to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support project teams with document control, reporting, and scheduling tools.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, engineering teams, and regulatory authorities.
• Facilitate the submission and approval process for fire safety drawings and documentation.
• Ensure clear and timely communication of project updates and deliverables.
• Ensure all project outputs adhere to local fire codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
• Support the development and implementation of operational procedures and quality control checks.
• Assist in planning and tracking the delivery of services.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the identification and mitigation of operational risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote and uphold safety protocols during site visits, inspections, and commissioning.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
