DevOps Engineer

Шукаємо досвідченого DevOps-інженера в свою команду для роботи над банківським проєктом.

Процес найму:

- проводимо дві-три співбесіди;

- співбесіда проходить обов'язково з включеною камерою. Перші дві - українською, остання (з devOps director) - англійською

Що треба буде робити: 

• Microservices Infrastructure: Design and manage infrastructure to support scalable, resilient, and secure microservices architectures. 

• Cloud Engineering (AWS): Build and manage cloud-native solutions on AWS, including API Gateway, IAM, EKS, and VPC. Must be AWS Certified (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer). 

• Kubernetes & Service Mesh: Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters using GitOps principles; implement service mesh with Istio for traffic management, observability, and security. 

• GitOps: Implement and maintain infrastructure and application deployments using GitOps tools like Argo CD or Flux. 

• Security: Work closely with security teams to embed security best practices (DevSecOps), including IAM policies, secrets management, and container image scanning. 

• Observability & Monitoring: Set up and maintain observability pipelines using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Signoz to ensure system health, performance metrics, distributed tracing, and alerting. 

• CI/CD Pipelines: Design and improve continuous integration and deployment pipelines, ensuring automated testing, vulnerability scanning, and zero-downtime deployments. 

• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with development, architecture, and security teams to ensure infrastructure is aligned with business and technical goals.

Необхідна кваліфікація: 

• Proven experience in a Senior DevOps, Cloud Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer role. 

• Strong experience with microservices architecture and supporting infrastructure. 

• AWS Certification is a plus (e.g., DevOps Engineer – Professional, Solutions Architect – Associate or higher). 

• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, including production-grade experience. 

• Hands-on experience with Istio or a similar service mesh in production. 

• Demonstrated experience with GitOps, especially Argo CD or Flux. 

• Deep understanding of AWS API Gateway, including security, throttling, and custom authorizers. 

• Experience implementing and maintaining observability stacks, especially using: 

◦ OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing and metrics collection. 

◦ Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and/or Signoz. 

• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and cloud security best practices. 

• Expertise in IaC tools such as Terraform.
