As a part of our ongoing efforts to support our clients in expanding their technological teams, we are currently seeking skilled Java Spring Boot developers to join a dynamic development team.

Role Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Implement RESTful services and APIs to support frontend applications and microservices architecture.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment.
Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize applications for speed and scalability, addressing performance bottlenecks.
Maintain and enhance existing applications, fixing defects and implementing improvements.
Ensure adherence to best coding practices and development standards.
Assist in the preparation and execution of technical documentation.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify project objectives.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development processes.
Provide on-call support during incidents and troubleshooting production issues.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in software development.
Mentor and guide junior developers as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Java Developer with a focus on Spring Boot.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
Experience with designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of Microservices architecture and its implementation.
Familiarity with SQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Hands-on experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
