Project Manager- Agile

Job Purpose · Responsible for project management of identified projects taken up by Enterprise Factory Bangalore team.

Responsibilites:

· Responsible for project management of the Digital channels development Project

· Drive the project in an agile way following all the scrum ceremonies

· Responsible for providing all required project management artifacts for theproject

· Prepare detailed project plan, driving Scrum ceremonies, run PI Planning, monitor and track progress, periodic reporting to senior management

· Co-ordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the project

13-15 years of IT experience with atleast 5+ years as a Project Manager using Agile methodology

Educ: Graduate in any discipline with on the job IT Delivery experience.

Skills: 1. Agile and Digital product delivery experience is a must 2. Strong Project Management experience 3. Operate effectively in a matrix structure 4. Good Communication skills – written and verbal 5. Strong technology background with sound understanding of UI and backend technologies 6. Ability to prepare detailed project plans anticipating all the activities in the project 7. Allocate tasks to team members, monitor and track progress 8. Strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
