About Tata Electronics:

Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Operations Planning aligning with Business Goals
  • Lead strategic programs for process efficiency improvement
  • Cross functional collaboration
  • Set Operations KPIs and Continuous Improvement
  • Cost Management and Budgeting Strategy
  • Develop and Drive Executable Programs

Key Skills / Competencies

  • Influential Leadership
  • Excellent Presentation and Communication,
  • Strategic Thinking and Data driven decision making,
  • Strong understanding of Operations KPIs and resource optimization
  • Understand driving cost elements

Technical Skill:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Production Engineering
  • Solid knowledge of all Mechanical Manufacturing process(Machining, Forming, Fabrication, Finishing, Coating)
  • Solid knowledge in Fixture Engineering for all of the above-mentioned manufacturing Processes
  • Experience in working with suppliers( global and local)
  • Estimate, Forecast and manage uncertainty
  • Develop detailed project Schedule for NPI
  • Analyze project cost, time & effort variance
  • Develop risk mitigation and response plan
  • Identify project quality assurance activities
  • Maintain ISO/Audit documentation for complete NPI process
  • Quality Control process knowledge
