Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our growing tech team and lead agile delivery in a fully on-site capacity at our London headquarters. You will play a crucial role in facilitating bi-weekly sprint cycles, supporting cross-functional squads, and ensuring timely, high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Facilitation: Lead Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  • Team Coaching: Guide and mentor teams on Agile/Scrum practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the bridge between engineering and business teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Impediment Removal: Actively work to identify and resolve obstacles that impact team performance.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine Agile workflows to improve team velocity and quality.
  • Release Coordination: Manage bi-weekly release cycles, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and deployment standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in a Scrum Master role within fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

Key Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Expertise with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience in fintech or supply chain software is a plus.
