We are looking for a team player with a solid technical background who has the ability to establish effective working relationships, is client-oriented, and is ready to multitask work. In this role, you will need to be an organized and knowledgeable problem-solver, who has excellent customer service skills. This role will be suitable for IT specialists, system administrators and technical consultants as the next step in their careers. It is a combination of project implementation experts and post-project support specialists.
The position is open for all levels, from junior to senior.
- Professional skills and qualifications:
- Experience working as an IT specialist, system administrator and technical consultant (or similar; mandatory for middle and senior level)
- Responsivity and ability to quickly master new products and technologies
- Knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems
- Knowledge of virtualisation and networking technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose software, hardware and networking issues
- Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Able to work quickly and accurately
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Able to multi-task and see assignments through to completion
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Great communication skills
- Ability to travel for work
Nice to have
- Higher education in IT or other similar field
- Experience in DevOps
- ITIL, Microsoft, Security (or other) certifications
- Programming (C#/JavaScript) and SQL languages knowledge
- Experience in working with tools like JIRA, Jenkins, SVN\Git
- Additional language knowledge
Responsibilities (may vary depending on level):
- Lead implementation processes and effectively communicate with clients, providing excellent service
- Implement, support and document the project solution IT infrastructure
- Provided full technical support, including visits and managed system configuration and setup.
- Having ownership of tasks, pro-actively following up on them and ensuring fast resolution
- Follow up on any customer issues and requests requiring additional research
- Perform all tasks with a focus on customer service, including accessibility and a positive attitude
- Work with other colleagues to create and document internal standards for IT knowledge base system configuration, including hardware and software
- Participate in projects and collaborate with other functional teams
