🛠 The Opportunity:
Our client builds data‑driven websites, apps, martech ecosystems, and cross-channel experiences for enterprise brands. We’re now looking for a Digital Experience Developer, who can bridge the world of front-end engineering with marketing technology, customer data platforms (CDPs), and digital analytics.
You’ll spend the bulk of your time (~60%) working across new builds, feature improvements, and client-facing fixes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Node.js. The rest (~40%) will see you step into a broader martech role — helping shape how customer journeys, analytics, and marketing platforms come together.
This is a mid-weight role — ideal for someone with a strong front-end foundation who’s excited to expand into marketing tech, customer data, and product thinking.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Build and evolve front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, and Node.js — not just writing code, but solutionising problems and working closely with the broader team
- Collaborate with design, dev, and project management to deliver features that are technically sound, user friendly, and aligned with business objectives
- Support new builds, iterative improvements, and long-term client maintenance, becoming a trusted hand on accounts
- Develop, customise and support martech platforms like Tealium, Emarsys, Amplitude, Braze, and GA4 — understanding how they tie into user journeys and marketing goals
- Understand the customer lifecycle and help shape how data and digital touchpoints enable meaningful experiences
- Support tagging and tracking setup — helping ensure the right user interactions are captured cleanly across platforms
- Stay curious and adaptable — exploring new technologies and using AI tools to enhance your workflow
- Troubleshoot and QA issues across both code and platform setups, making sure everything works the way it should
- Keep pace with a changing martech landscape — and help us evolve with it
🧰 The Toolkit You Bring:
- 3–5+ years in front-end development, using modern frameworks like React, Next.js, and Node.js
- Solid HTML/CSS/JS fundamentals and experience delivering scalable, production-ready interfaces
- Comfortable picking up new platforms and learning on the go — tech agnostic is your vibe
- Experience with marketing technology platforms — e.g. GA4, Tealium, Emarsys, Amplitude, CDPs, or marketing automation tools like Braze
- Previous exposure to CRO, analytics platforms, and customer journey mapping
- Strong communication and problem solving skills — you're not just here to code, you're here to make things work
- Someone who embraces AI and emerging tech to work smarter
💡 What You Want:
- A chance to flex both your dev skills and your marketing tech mind
- A team that cares about the customer journey, not just the tech stack
- To help define how martech gets built — not just implement what’s handed down
- A values-driven agency that’s genuinely fun to work with: Respect, Customer Success, Passion, Honesty, Integrity, Innovation, Fun
- A hybrid role, with office days Tuesday–Thursday
