IT Delivery Manager - Software Development

Role Overview

As the IT Delivery Manager for the Software Development Tribe, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of software projects across multiple teams. Your role will include driving the tribe's inclusion in the Global Software Solutions organization, which is currently being built in collaboration with locations in Malaysia, Romania, and Germany. You will oversee project delivery, resource planning, career development, and stakeholder relationships while fostering innovation and alignment with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of software development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical capabilities.
• Provide regular reports on project/product progress to key stakeholders.
• Ensure that agile development practices are followed, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage resource allocation and support the enrollment of internal processes (administrative tasks, compliance, etc.).
• Drive the inclusion of the Software Development Tribe in the Global Software Services organization, ensuring cross-location collaboration with Malaysia, Romania, and Germany.
• Develop and oversee a training roadmap, focusing on career development and growth for team members.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with internal and external partners, including unit leads and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to internal strategic objectives by aligning the tribe's goals with broader organizational initiatives.
• Drive an innovation mindset across the tribe, encouraging experimentation with new technologies and methodologies.
• Seek out new opportunities in the market, contributing to the growth and success of the tribe.
• Engage with local communities to enhance brand awareness and stay updated on technology trends, sharing knowledge internally.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT delivery management, with a strong focus on software development.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Experience working with software development teams using Java, .NET, Python, or similar technologies.

• Monthly gross salary from 4500 to 5300 EUR, depending on your level of expertise.
