Cloud & DevOps Engineer (Azure)

For one of our trusted clients – a fast-growing, innovative FinTech leader in Brussels – we are looking for a Cloud & DevOps Engineer (Azure) to strengthen their cloud operations team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design, implement, and manage cloud-based applications using Azure services
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate cloud resource provisioning and management
- Write and maintain automation and deployment scripts
- Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to ensure robust and secure cloud architecture
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services and infrastructure
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Azure cloud development and management
- Strong knowledge of Azure services (Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Solid understanding of cloud security best practices
- Experience with Azure Cost Management is a plus
