🚀 Freelance Opportunity – Change Manager / Project Assurance Lead (ERP Project)

📍 Location: On-site (4 days/week) – Brussels area

📅 Start: Summer 2025 | End: December 2025 (possible extension to June 2026)

We are looking for an experienced freelance professional to support a high-impact Oracle ERP implementation within a complex international organization. You will combine Change Management and Project Assurance responsibilities to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of the solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with ERP project goals
• Conduct change readiness assessments and lead stakeholder engagement initiatives
• Create and deliver clear communications, training materials, and change impact analyses
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure proper planning, risk mitigation, and QA processes
• Conduct project health checks, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with PM standards
• Support cross-functional teams and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration

Profile:

✔️ Proven experience in change management and/or project assurance for large ERP (Oracle preferred)

✔️ Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

✔️ Comfortable working with multicultural teams and senior stakeholders

✔️ Fluent in English (French is a plus)

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) are a plus
