We’re looking for a hands-on UX Designer to shape the future of our product. You’ll be part of a high-energy product and engineering team where ownership is real and design plays a central role in decision-making.

At Inven, AI isn’t an add-on—it’s the foundation of how we deliver value to our users. As a designer here, you’ll get the chance to work on complex, data-heavy workflows and define what great AI-first UX looks like.

The role and responsibilities include e.g.:

• Product design: Designing prototypes in Figma based on user needs and business goals
• User research: Identifying friction points in the product, running interviews and usability tests
• Helping out with marketing design: Occasionally creating brand-aligned visuals for newsletters, social media, and product launches, and reviewing the work of external web designers

• Proficiency Figma

• Hands-on attitude and ability to work independently
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design work
• University degree
• Fluency in Finnish or English
• Located in the Helsinki Metropolitan area
