About The Role

To strengthen our ability to grow our business, we seek a Data Analyst who can apply advanced analytics to our data sets and rapidly pinpoint key insights with potential for high impact on key business outcomes.

In this role, you’ll be part of an ambitious Nordic team of eight people, supporting data-driven decision making at Consumer Customer function and collaborating with stakeholders across Consumer Solutions. Preferably, the position would be based in Stockholm, but also Espoo is a possibility. Ideal candidates have solid statistics, data transformations, programming and Machine Learning skills. Experience with visualization tools like PowerBI is a preference, but not a must. No business experience required.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support us with taking our analytics to the next level – develop a structured way of working in hypothesis driven way to rapidly narrow down large questions to few plausible root causes. Support our analyst community with upskilling.
  • Provide actionable insights – with a high degree of autonomy apply advanced analytics approaches to extract insights from our vast customer data and help us connect the dots across areas.
  • Identify impactful open questions – follow your curiosity and lift open questions, that should be on our agenda, persuade and challenge with data. Transform complicated business problems to data science workflows.
  • Drive innovation – explore and share new technologies, methodologies, and machine learning techniques to enhance our analytics capabilities.


About You


  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in a STEM discipline with a strong focus on data science, machine learning, and computer programming.
  • Technical skills: i) Proficient in statistics, optimization, and machine learning techniques; ii) Extensive experience in data preparation and transformation; iii) Fluent in Python (especially PySpark) and SQL, and iv) Familiarity with cloud technologies and software engineering practices.
  • Critical thinking and creativity skills, being able to challenge status quo based on data and insights. Ability to cooperate smoothly with stakeholders across the Nordics is a must, independent of the location.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with PowerBI including knowledge on DAX and M -languages and dimensional modelling techniques is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • No business experience required, MSc and PhD graduates with applicable skills and high motivation are welcome to apply.
