Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible colleague to join our HR team for the summer months. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and contribute to meaningful projects in a dynamic work environment. This role is part time (20 hours per week) and for fixed 3 months period.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding process for new employees
• Assist with HR system usage and documentation
• Scan and organize HR documents for electronic filing
• Prepare paperwork for contract adjustments and other HR-related changes
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  
  

Your Experience And Skills

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluent in Latvian and English (both written and spoken)
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Service-minded with a proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
