Quality Control Specialist

Aerones is at the forefront of innovation in aerial robotics and automation, and we are in search of a meticulous Quality Control Specialist to enhance our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards, supporting our mission to deliver excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials and finished products to guarantee compliance with quality specifications
Document quality control processes and results, maintaining accurate records
Identify defects and non-conformance issues, recommending corrective actions
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality-related challenges
Implement and monitor quality assurance processes and policies
Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices
Stay updated on quality assurance trends and regulations relevant to the industry

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of quality management systems and relevant quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.)
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
