The Role

We’re building up our design team in Klaipėda and looking for a Graphic Designer who’s fast, sharp, and curious. You’ll be working mostly with static visuals—banners, GIFs, and clean graphics that support digital ad campaigns. If you’re someone who enjoys improving your craft and being part of a collaborative team, this one’s for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design clear and eye-catching visuals for digital campaigns
• Create static banners, GIFs, and Photoshop-based visuals
• Work closely with media buyers to match creative with campaign goals
• Handle day-to-day design tasks with agility and precision

What We’re Looking For

• Strong skills in Photoshop
• Experience using After Effects
• Knowledge of Figma (especially for GIF work)
• Self-learner mindset and good problem-solving instincts
• Ability to stay focused and effective in a fast-moving agency setup
• Comfortable using English in design and daily communication

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience working in performance marketing

Salary range: 1870-2455 EUR Gross
