As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Service Operations team in Lithuania and are seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to join us.
About The Role
Are you ready to be part of a growing joint Danish-Lithuanian service operations team, supporting and resolving issues for some of Denmark’s largest and most reputable companies across private and public sectors? Join us as an IT Technical Support Specialist, where your main task will be to provide our customers with IT solutions that deliver maximum business value. You will be solving cases for the largest and most established companies in Denmark operating its business in private and public sectors. We pride ourselves on our high-quality performance and innovative IT & communications solutions.
We expect that you have:
- Basic IT and Networking knowledge since the tasks will be of a technical nature.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
- A team player who can quickly adapt to changes and is keen on learning.
- Understanding of ITIL processes.
- Great command of English.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues within customer networks.
- Collaborating with customers to address and solve technical problems.
- Working with various network and security platforms and technologies.
- Contributing to knowledge bases and troubleshooting documentation.
- Monitoring recent incidents to prevent SLA violations.
- Escalating cases when issues remain unresolved.
- Implementing change requests.

The salary range for this position is 1800-2500 Eur (brutto) per month. The final offer will depend on the competencies and working experience.
