About The Role

Fuelled by a recent $20M Series B funding round and consistent triple-digit year-over-year growth, Ovoko is gearing up to redefine its approach to Data & Analytics. To lead this effort, we’ve brought on a new VP of Data with a track record of building the data function at companies such as Typeform, Preply, and Moonpay.

With a vision to scale our team, infrastructure, and processes, we’re doubling the size of our data team and are actively hiring for a variety of key roles, including senior management, data engineering, analytics engineering, and analytics specialists across marketing, product, business strategy, and operations.

IN THIS ROLE YOU

• Analyze performance across Paid/Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, CRO, and beyond, to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI;
• Provide data-driven insights, identify business opportunities, and assess their financial impact;
• Collaborate with our Marketing Measurement partners to design attribution, prediction, and segmentation models. Develop robust methodologies to calibrate these models and accurately estimate the impact of marketing campaigns;
• Contribute to the development of analytics libraries and frameworks;
• Define and track KPIs to monitor and interpret business performance;
• Design, execute, and evaluate experiments at a global scale.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Paid/Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, CRO;
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, or similar);
• Experience with dashboarding tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) - Looker preferred;
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO);
• Understanding of multi-touch attribution and customer journey analysis;
• Good data visualisation and story-telling;
• Business-driven mindset.Good English language skills.
  
  

NICE TO HAVE

• Knowledge of customer segmentation, and performance forecasting;
• Familiarity with GEO Testing, Causal Inference, and incrementality techniques;
• Prior experience in Paid Social and Performance Marketing;
• Understanding of SEO analytics, including keyword tracking, backlink analysis, and technical;
• SEO.Experience working with marketing tracking, automation tools, influencer tracking, or affiliate marketing platforms.
  
  

SALARY

The offered salary for this position is from 3500€ (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
