Role Overview

The Blockchain Solution Manager will drive the design, development, and delivery of blockchain-based products and services for large corporates and institutions. This role requires deep background in blockchain technology, and the ability to bridge business requirements with innovative blockchain solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement secure, scalable blockchain solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
• Define and execute the product roadmap for a corporate-focused custodial wallet solution.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation through deployment and ongoing optimization, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and technical concepts effectively to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with global financial regulations, security standards and audit requirements.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of distributed ledger systems, digital asset security and regulatory compliance.
• At least 5 years of experience of SAAS business development, product management, in fintech or digital assets.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market
• Ability with enterprises blockchain solutions integration
• Ability to thrive in a remote work setup while maintaining a high level of productivity and collaboration
• Excellent command of spoken and written English. French or Chinese will be plus
• Solid analytical and decision-making skills
