Project

We are looking for a motivated Junior Java Developer to join a dynamic team within the banking sector. You will support the development and maintenance of backend applications, collaborating with senior developers and cross-functional teams.

Role

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of Java-based applications
• Fix bugs and help maintain code quality and performance
• Collaborate with other developers, QA, and business teams
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and continuous learning initiatives
  
  

We are looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
• 1+ years of experience in Java development (academic or professional)
• Familiar with Spring/Spring Boot (is a plus)
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and SQL databases
• Knowledge of Git, Maven, or Gradle
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• English proficiency (written and spoken)
