.Net Lead

We are looking for a skilled .NET Lead willing to apply their current knowledge and skills and is inspired to discover new technologies and become a part of a cross-functional team.

If you have desire to take part in creating of mostly mobile apps and share own approaches with teammates, then join our friendly team that consists of: Business Systems Analyst, Technical Delivery Manager, Application Architect, Developers (Backend, Frontend and Xamarin/ Flutter), QA Engineers and Designers.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in software development
• At least 1 year of team-leading experience in a team of up to 10 people
• Solid experience with .NET Framework, .NET 8/9+
• Good knowledge of C# and CLR
• Proficiency in understanding and usage of OOP, OOD, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns
• Experience or understanding in domain driven design (DDD)
• Experience with distributed systems and microservice architecture; understanding of peculiarities of microservice-based systems
• Understanding of identity providers and managing authorization/authentication through OIDC, SAML etc. RBAC Understanding
• Experience working with Azure will be a plus
• Understanding Docker and containerization
• Experience in .NET Aspire will be a plus
• Unit testing, Integration testing, TDD
• Experience with any message broker; preferably experience with Azure Service Bus
• Good understanding of DB design using MS SQL; experience with stored procedures (SP), EF
• Experience in system design, UML, and technical writing
• Strong ability to make technical and tactical decisions.
• Proficiency in setting up and improving development and testing processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal teams and clients
• Experience with no sql data bases - Redis are prefered
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• Set up, oversee and improve development process for .Net team
• Manage work load of team members, collect performance metrics
• Make tactical and technical decisions to ensure project success
• Perform technical tasks, code reviews, and provide recommendations for improvements, refactoring, and codebase updates
• Design solutions and clarify requirements
• Maintain regular communication, including sync-ups, discussing plans, priorities, risks, and blockers
