Duration: 7 Months (Parental Leave Coverage)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Product to lead two strategic programs—eMobility and Connectivity/Data & AI—during a 7-month parental leave period. This role involves direct leadership of 9 Product Managers and requires a strong focus on strategic execution, cross-functional alignment, and organizational stability. The interim leader will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to ensure continuity, drive key initiatives, and support long-term planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Execution & CEO Alignment
- Align with the CEO on interim business priorities and success metrics.
- Provide regular progress updates and adapt execution as needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure 90% of interim objectives remain on track.
Partner Alignment & 2026 Service Agreements
- Lead alignment on 2026 goals, scope, and budgets with key partners.
- Facilitate negotiations and ensure timely signing of service agreements.
- Keep stakeholders informed with structured reporting.
Product Delivery & Continuity
- Ensure roadmaps remain on track and delivery milestones are met.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers to resolve blockers and monitor key metrics.
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Conduct regular 1:1s and feedback sessions with Product Managers.
- Foster psychological safety, clarity, and motivation within the team.
- Define role expectations and collaborate closely with the Principal Product Manager
Staffing & Resource Planning
- Partner with Engineering and People teams to assess and address staffing needs.
- Lead staffing reviews and ensure alignment with delivery and budget goals.
Assessment & Handover
- Provide an objective assessment of product strategy, team dynamics, and processes.
- Deliver actionable recommendations and a comprehensive handover to returning leaders.
Success Criteria:
- Full onboarding and operational effectiveness within two weeks.
- No disruption to business continuity or team performance.
- All 2026 service agreements signed by year-end.
- Clear documentation and a positive legacy upon transition.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in senior product leadership roles, ideally in mobility, data, or enterprise SaaS domains.
- Strong track record of managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive alignment across diverse teams.
