Descrição da Função

Overview: We’re looking for a Product Designer to help us shape user-friendly, elegant,and efficient experiences for our platform — a tool that enables quick andonline proposals for renewable energy products like Solar PV and HeatPumps.This is a hands-on role focused on UI/UX execution for both desktop andmobile platforms. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, andMarketing in a collaborative and open environment, where we valueinitiative, clarity, and mutual respect. We're looking for someone whothrives in a team setting and brings a positive, constructive attitude to thetable. What will you do? - Design and deliver UI/UX solutions from concept to implementation - Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma - Work on responsive interfaces across desktop and mobile - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing - Help refine and maintain our design system through implementation andfeedback - Translate technical and business constraints into intuitive user experiences - Support research activities and contribute to user insights - Advocate for user needs across the product lifecycle What are we looking for? - Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, libraries) - Strong problem-solving ability and systems thinking - Excellent sense of aesthetics, layout, and visual clarity - Experience designing for complex workflows or technical products - Ability to manage feedback and align with multiple stakeholders - User-focused mindset with attention to usability and clarity - Team player with autonomy and adaptability - Experience with B2B SaaS platforms or technical audiences - Familiarity with renewable energy or related sectors - Basic understanding of front-end development - Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices What can you expect from us? - A permanent job contract for a long term project - Tech equipment + SIM Card + personal smartphone - Health and Life Insurance - Social events and team buildings - The commitment of letting you grow with us, and be rewarded accordingly - A dynamic and young team that will be always there to support you - Training in the latest technologies - Coffee, fruits, snacks and a warm welcoming when you pass by the office
