Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our construction engineering projects. This position focuses on the intricate architectural and structural aspects of industrial and process engineering projects, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with critical industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert planning and consulting services across all facets of construction engineering projects.
• Covering the comprehensive construction aspects of industrial and process engineering projects.
• Assuming responsibility for the structural interface and the seamless integration of process engineering systems and building technology within projects.
• Managing and monitoring the planning process through the various phases of SIA 102, from initial project planning and implementation through to completion, ensuring the meticulous execution of construction aspects relevant for qualification (e.g., GMP rooms, HVAC, installations).
• Reporting directly to the Site Lead CSA, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Profile

• An Architecture degree from ETH / FH or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors, laboratory construction, warehousing and logistics, and other diverse industrial projects.
• Thorough familiarity with all phases according to SIA 102, encompassing project planning, implementation, and acceptance/commissioning.
• Demonstrated competence in collaborating effectively with authorities, specialist planners, and contractors.
• Experience with common 2D and 3D CAD and image editing programs; proficiency with Revit and/or BIM is considered a distinct advantage.
