Job Summary

You will provide first-level support for network infrastructure, assisting in the maintenance and troubleshooting of network issues. You will work closely with our remote team to ensure optimal network performance and support daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and respond to alerts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic network issues, including connectivity problems.
• Support end-users with network access and connectivity issues.
• Participate in network maintenance and updates during scheduled maintenance windows.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Familiarity with network devices like routers, switches, firewalls etc.
• Ability to work effectively in a team work environment.
