Job Scope:

As a Digital Analytics Intern at MCM, you'll work closely with the Head of Data Excellence to analyze digital data and help enhance MCM's online presence, marketing strategies, and user experience. In collaboration with the marketing, product, and data teams, you will track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), generate actionable insights, and contribute to the optimization of digital campaigns. Your work will directly support MCM in making data-driven decisions that shape the future of the brand’s digital engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital sources (e.g. Google Analytics 4, social media, CRM systems and others).
  • Assist in tracking and reporting website performance in terms of traffic, engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement tagging and tracking solutions using tools like Google Tag Manager.
  • Create dashboards and visual reports to communicate insights effectively.
  • Monitor and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to enhance digital performance.
  • Assist in competitor and industry benchmarking analysis.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and provide recommendations based on findings.


Experience & Key Competences:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Digital Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Adobe Analytics (preferred but not required).
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Basic experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge and experience of foundational web technologies (e.g. HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
