Backend Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Java Software Engineer. The Java Software Engineer will be responsible for software development, implementing microservices, programming with the Spring Framework, and developing in Java. They will also work closely with clients and team members to deliver quality software products.

Requirements

− Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development.

− Proficiency in Java and Spring framework for back-end development.

− Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

− Solid grasp of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases.

− Experience with version control systems such as Git.

− Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

− Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

− To be available for hybrid work schedule (2 days per week go to the office in Lisbon).
