Team operates across sectors such as renewable energy, digital infrastructure, utilities, and transportation. With a base in Stockholm, they offer a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment that fosters collaboration and professional growth.


They are looking for a motivated Analyst or Associate to join their Stockholm-based infrastructure investment team. The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of experience in investment banking or similar fields, along with strong analytical skills and fluency in Swedish. This role involves working on all aspects of the investment process, from origination to execution and portfolio management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in identifying and evaluating infrastructure investment opportunities across various sectors.
  • Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow (DCF), leveraged buyouts (LBO), and other relevant methodologies.
  • Support due diligence processes, including analyzing commercial, financial, and legal aspects of potential investments.
  • Prepare investment committee presentations and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the ongoing management and value creation of portfolio companies.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on deal structuring and execution.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory.
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Passion for infrastructure investments and sustainable development is highly desirable.
