Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our agile development team. You will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications used in financial services. Ideal candidates have a strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and modern microservices architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java 17 and Spring Boot
- Design RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability
- Work with DevOps and QA teams to ensure robust deployment pipelines
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in Java development
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Good communication skills and team spirit
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Understanding of Kubernetes
