Head of Operations- iGaming-Amsterdam/Hybrid (No Visa Sponsorship)

Are you ready to lead key operational functions at a fast-paced and regulated betting company? We are looking for an Operational Director to oversee our AML, Customer Support, Responsible Gaming, Data Protection, and Compliance departments.

In this strategic role, you will be part of the Management Team, directly managing team leads and ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of compliance and integrity. Your mission: to deliver a safe, fair, and responsible gaming experience for our players.

You will shape strategic direction, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and serve as the key contact for external stakeholders and regulatory authorities.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong background in operations, ideally within a regulated industry (iGaming experience is a plus)
• Understands risk, compliance, and customer satisfaction in equal measure
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Brings leadership, clarity, and decisiveness to complex challenges

What we offer:

• A salary around €100K + performance-based bonus
• 12-month initial contract with a clear path to permanent employment
• 27 vacation days per year
• Travel allowance
