Your Role

We are looking for a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to join our platform team. In this role, you will take ownership of our cloud and edge infrastructure across GCP and AWS, enabling fast, secure, and reliable delivery of our AI-powered products.

You’ll work closely with backend engineers, ML researchers, and data teams to ensure that our services are automated, observable, scalable, and resilient — from model deployment and video processing pipelines to edge rollouts and secure networking.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable infrastructure across GCP and AWS
• Manage and automate Kubernetes clusters (GKE, EKS) for multi-environment workloads
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI) to enable safe, fast, and repeatable deployments
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Logging/Monitoring, CloudWatch, and more
• Optimize reliability, availability, and performance of infrastructure supporting AI/ML pipelines and video services
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform across cloud and edge environments
• Ensure secure and compliant operations, managing IAM, secrets, network policies, and container hardening
• Collaborate on incident response, drive post-mortems, and continuously improve system reliability
• Support the rollout of containerized workloads to customer-managed edge environments (e.g., AMIs, VM images, VPN-secured connections)
• Contribute to infrastructure architecture decisions, cost optimizations, and internal tooling

Your Skills

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure engineering
• Proven experience with both Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration with Kubernetes (GKE, EKS)
• Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI
• Proficiency in scripting/automation using Python, Bash, or Go
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, GCP Cloud Monitoring
• Strong understanding of IAM, network security, firewall rules, VPNs, and TLS

Nice to Have

• Experience with hybrid cloud and edge deployments, including secure remote rollouts
• Exposure to media processing, video delivery, or large file infrastructure
• Support for GPU workloads, AI/ML pipelines, or batch/streaming data processing
• Background in incident response and reliability engineering best practices
